Last year, 3 of my friends and I joined her July Sprees. I ordered from Tokyo Fashion & Cutie Fashion . She charged all the payment in one go,shipping,handling & postage fee. Indeed the way she charged the fees are way too high buy that was my first time spree-ing hence I was like okay with the prices .

(1) Shipping Fees (*PROMOTION*):
-$2.95 for accessories
-$4.95! (u.p. $5.50) for clothes
-$6.50 for bottoms
-$6.95! (u.p. $7.50) for bags
-$7.95 for shoes
So?? Shop owners,you called this promotion and cheap??!
$2.95 for Accessories whereas other shop owner charge at $1/$1.50 per accessories??
$4.95 per clothes while other shop charge at $2-$3 per item??
Isn't it like way tooooo much ler? Nevermind. Then she suddenly went Hiatus for like months?? She said she will only be back on Oct 13 2007 . 2 months! and not a single updates at all. After 13th Oct past, she still haven't update the status. Many Spree-ers including me kept asking what is the updates and had the items arrived? She didn't reply at all. Till most of the spree-ers started to tagged on her board and then she finally replied saying all the items have arrived.
She sent us a mail with the postage fee and meet up venue etc . She said she will send out the items once those who opt for postage pay for the postage fee. Postage fee:$1.50 per item . I was like wth!? I sent her a mail saying that she already asked me to paid for the postage fee ler and she still want me to pay? Then she replied saying that 1 of my friend's item is OOS and asked for my account number and she will refund me back the money . Ok..waited patiently for her to refund me back the money and my items . 1 weeks pass by,I never received anything . Emailed her,she said she forgot,will do so the next day. *irritated* Received my items in 3 days but no sign of refunding my money . One of my friend item is Cutie spree and the web stated it come along with Free Red belt but there isn't any belt in the package??! Emailed her but never reply . Kept emailing her and she refund me back my money after 2 months!!??
November Spree,she opened Orange Bear spree. I was like weird,I joined another forum and requested for them to open Orange Bear as their shipping fees is much more cheaper but the owner replied saying that Orange Bear is " not doing Oversea orders now due to technical problem" . So how on earth can she open the spree?? I was like..never mind,I trusted her again and joined the Orange Bear Spree. That time the status was 4/10 . I ordered 1 item so the status is 5/10 . I told her I will make payment when the spree close . 3 days later,she emailed me asking me to make payment as she's closing the spree already . I went to her site and the status was like 6/10 only?? And she said she's calling the spree?? Nevermind,I make payment . 1 month later,I went to check the updates since I know Orange Bear is slow in restocking . For the November Sprees: There were Cutie Fashion,PG Mall & other sprees but no sign of Orange Bear Status . I was surprised and weird. Emailed her and asked her for the update . She never replied me. Second time emailed her, she told me that my item is OOS,ask me to opt for either refund or choose another item . Of course,I opt for refund . After that I went to check up the status but there were no sign of Orange Bear status . I doubt she even send in the orders lar ...sent her my account for refund and she said she will refund the next day . Nothing . On friday emailed her again,she said she forgot,will refund on sunday . Sunday night, nothing . Monday emailed her,she said she is busy having exams,after her exams . 1 week past,still no mails from her . Emailed her on Sunday and telling her off..saying that i'm sure she have ald finished her exams righT? Does refunding money at a nearby atm need 1 hour of her time?? Damn pissed off. The last email she replied me was this :

thats why you're so worried and exasperated about $10._________________________________________________________
I was like wtf??!! Who's fault is it?? It's the shop owner responsibility to return buyers their money if item is OOS isn't it?! She took 3 fucking weeks to refund just a $10 and still got the cheek to say this kind of thing. Oh yea, and it's "desperate" not "exasperated" . Tsk tsk . So what if I'm in need of money?? I'm just getting back my money isn't it? And mind her,it's because I still trust her even though what she did on my previous spree-ing . I trusted her so that's why I joined her spree! And this is what I got back in return lah??
Look at the way she managed her shop:
1.Take a long time in Replying emails .
2.Take like months to refund back spree-ers money .
3.Charge shipping & handling,postage fee so high??
I know all shop owner want to earn a few dollars right? But look at how she charged lah!
4.Rude attitudes.
5.I doubt she send Orange bear's orders in the first place as there is no status at all in the November spree .
Gosh,if she is not happy the way I talked about her,then she should go and reflect on herself in the first place. She is the first shop owner and my worst experience in spree-ing with her!
If you people want to join her sprees,I can only congratulate you for your patient as she took ages to reply/refund me back my money .
I'm kind enough not to spat vulgarities at her already .
