Worst Experience with Shop Owner.

Well,this is my first & worst experience spree-ing with shop owner. Want to know which shop it is? I shall present to you people .

Last year, 3 of my friends and I joined her July Sprees. I ordered from Tokyo Fashion & Cutie Fashion . She charged all the payment in one go,shipping,handling & postage fee. Indeed the way she charged the fees are way too high buy that was my first time spree-ing hence I was like okay with the prices .

The prices that she charged:

Payment Calculations:
[(TOTAL IN NT$ * 0.05) * 1.05 + (1) * NUMBER OF ITEMS]

(1) Shipping Fees (*PROMOTION*):
-$2.95 for accessories
-$4.95! (u.p. $5.50) for clothes
-$6.50 for bottoms
-$6.95! (u.p. $7.50) for bags
-$7.95 for shoes

So?? Shop owners,you called this promotion and cheap??!
$2.95 for Accessories whereas other shop owner charge at $1/$1.50 per accessories??
$4.95 per clothes while other shop charge at $2-$3 per item??
Isn't it like way tooooo much ler? Nevermind. Then she suddenly went Hiatus for like months?? She said she will only be back on Oct 13 2007 . 2 months! and not a single updates at all. After 13th Oct past, she still haven't update the status. Many Spree-ers including me kept asking what is the updates and had the items arrived? She didn't reply at all. Till most of the spree-ers started to tagged on her board and then she finally replied saying all the items have arrived.

She sent us a mail with the postage fee and meet up venue etc . She said she will send out the items once those who opt for postage pay for the postage fee. Postage fee:$1.50 per item . I was like wth!? I sent her a mail saying that she already asked me to paid for the postage fee ler and she still want me to pay? Then she replied saying that 1 of my friend's item is OOS and asked for my account number and she will refund me back the money . Ok..waited patiently for her to refund me back the money and my items . 1 weeks pass by,I never received anything . Emailed her,she said she forgot,will do so the next day. *irritated* Received my items in 3 days but no sign of refunding my money . One of my friend item is Cutie spree and the web stated it come along with Free Red belt but there isn't any belt in the package??! Emailed her but never reply . Kept emailing her and she refund me back my money after 2 months!!??

November Spree,she opened Orange Bear spree. I was like weird,I joined another forum and requested for them to open Orange Bear as their shipping fees is much more cheaper but the owner replied saying that Orange Bear is " not doing Oversea orders now due to technical problem" . So how on earth can she open the spree?? I was like..never mind,I trusted her again and joined the Orange Bear Spree. That time the status was 4/10 . I ordered 1 item so the status is 5/10 . I told her I will make payment when the spree close . 3 days later,she emailed me asking me to make payment as she's closing the spree already . I went to her site and the status was like 6/10 only?? And she said she's calling the spree?? Nevermind,I make payment . 1 month later,I went to check the updates since I know Orange Bear is slow in restocking . For the November Sprees: There were Cutie Fashion,PG Mall & other sprees but no sign of Orange Bear Status . I was surprised and weird. Emailed her and asked her for the update . She never replied me. Second time emailed her, she told me that my item is OOS,ask me to opt for either refund or choose another item . Of course,I opt for refund . After that I went to check up the status but there were no sign of Orange Bear status . I doubt she even send in the orders lar ...sent her my account for refund and she said she will refund the next day . Nothing . On friday emailed her again,she said she forgot,will refund on sunday . Sunday night, nothing . Monday emailed her,she said she is busy having exams,after her exams . 1 week past,still no mails from her . Emailed her on Sunday and telling her off..saying that i'm sure she have ald finished her exams righT? Does refunding money at a nearby atm need 1 hour of her time?? Damn pissed off. The last email she replied me was this :

I was like wtf??!! Who's fault is it?? It's the shop owner responsibility to return buyers their money if item is OOS isn't it?! She took 3 fucking weeks to refund just a $10 and still got the cheek to say this kind of thing. Oh yea, and it's "desperate" not "exasperated" . Tsk tsk . So what if I'm in need of money?? I'm just getting back my money isn't it? And mind her,it's because I still trust her even though what she did on my previous spree-ing . I trusted her so that's why I joined her spree! And this is what I got back in return lah??

Look at the way she managed her shop:

1.Take a long time in Replying emails .
2.Take like months to refund back spree-ers money .
3.Charge shipping & handling,postage fee so high??
I know all shop owner want to earn a few dollars right? But look at how she charged lah!
4.Rude attitudes.
5.I doubt she send Orange bear's orders in the first place as there is no status at all in the November spree .

Gosh,if she is not happy the way I talked about her,then she should go and reflect on herself in the first place. She is the first shop owner and my worst experience in spree-ing with her!
If you people want to join her sprees,I can only congratulate you for your patient as she took ages to reply/refund me back my money .

I'm kind enough not to spat vulgarities at her already .

2nd time buying from me .Ordered 3 items from me,wanted to do a meet up. She said she will pay up when we meet up after preorder item arrived .Ok,so I paid for the preorder item.Items arrived on Sat night and I sms her the details for meet up.We agreed on Tue,28 Jan , 4.10pm at Bukit batok Mrt Station . I dismissed school earlier so waited for her at 3.15pm while I hang around at Westmall . She sms-ed me at 4.17pm saying she reached Mrt station already,at the tap card area. Ok,so made my way there to look for her. She told me she is wearing Nan Hua uniform,long hair,green billabong bag and carrying a black plastic bag .When I reached there,none of the girls there I've saw is in Nan hua uniform..sms her saying I didn't see her,asking where is she standing . She replied saying she at station at the left hand side of the tap card corner .Weird lar,that was where I was standing and no girls is there lor except for me and a bunch of unknown guys,no one else was at the station as the mrt just left . I asked her what colour of uniform she is wearing,no reply. After I sent again asking is she really at bukit batok mrt station,she replied yea,near westmall.Ok..I dun know where the heck she is now so walked to westmall but couldn't find her so went back to station.My hp low batt and switch off so I used public phone to call her .First 2 calls couldn't call through and I wasted 20cents , next 2 calls,She picked up her calls but no answer.There were sounds and music but no one reply.I kept saying hello but no answer and she hung up my calls . Getting pissed off. After that saw 2 of my friends and borrow their handphone to call her.My friend said she picked up but never answer.We sms her saying we can't find her but she insisted that she is at the mrt station where i was standing. Dotz,My friends walked around the station and saw none sight of her lar..siao . Then she reply saying: " are you trying to play with me? Called me then dun wan to ans ..If it is I'm leaving,I waited very long ald leh " C'mon lar,who is the one who waited very long?! She is the one who dun wan to answer the call lor..I doubt she even came for the meet up. Freak ..trying to play with me ar? Sms her the last two times but she refused to reply . Fine . Her name is up here. Freak you .

By Wednesday I still haven't received her payment yet.Mailed her to confirmed that she have sent out the payment. No reply from her. Mailed her on Friday again,still no reply from her. Hello?Is this pretending or what?I'm was afraid that it might be a lost mail but in another case,she didn't reply my mails at all.I'm sure Singpost is reliable isn't it?

what will she be wearing on that day,she said
she will sms me on that day. Fine.
Reached there,meet other 2 buyers first and then I sms her. No reply.
Nvm,went for lunch with my friends first while waiting for her reply.
Sms her for a few times,no reply. Finished my lunch,called her.
No answer.Used 2 of my friends hp to called,they said she hung up.
Getting irritated,I called her and sms her,refused to reply.
Sent one last sms to her "If you don't want
the items,just said it.Don't waste my time!"
Still no reply.PISSED! Went to Lot 1,called her again,still
the same hung up the phone.
EMAIL her when I reach home,thinking
maybe her hp got problem.No reply.
That's it,her name is up here.

So in the end she opt for concealed cash.She said she will send but didn't.
Mailed her more than 5 times,no reply.
Last mail to her was,if she is not going to reply,she will be blacklisted.
Her reply:hi i just read your email . anw we communicated via msg already
so lets wait till tomoro yeah ? if it doesnt arrive- how ?

wrapped up and then send to her. She said ok and then ask can we do meet up.
I agreed to it. I set a time & date for her,she replied "maybe i can.Check with my friend first."
After that,no reply. A few days later,sent a sms again. "That day I cannot,got something
lesson on." I set another time for her."See first.Maybe on that day my friend can make it."
Sms her on Sunday,19th Aug. No reply from her.
That's it,my limit is up. Her name is up.
Is not that I like to blacklisted people,but look at the way she deal with
me lar,simply waste my sms bills
& my time. Freak lar! No $$ to buy or want to back out just say lar! Kept
changing the timing and give excuses. Sick of it!

Ordered items from me on her behalf of her friend. Total is $25.
She agreed to pay by bank transfer,so I said ok,transfer the payment within 3 days.
She claimed that she is a foreigner,so I taught her the steps to
transfer the payment.
3 days later,she said she got something
on,will transfer another day.
After that she suggest we meet up. I'm fine with it,we meet on tuesday.
Monday she called me and and say she will be late.I was huh? It's on tuesday.
Then she sms say she can't make it.Will try bank transfer again.I accepted it.
After that sms her on sunday again,she said she forgot,will transfer on monday.
Monday afternoon,sms her. She replied "I can't ctr.Tried 3 times ler
then cannot liao.You think very funny isit?hahas.." I was like WTH she
talking about?!So I said why not we meet up.
I also asked her to opt for concealed cash.
Refused to do that. Asked her whether she could meet up this friday?
"this friday teacher day,I need to go back to sch lah have to see first."
Attitude. This is not the first time she replied my sms with attitude,
I control my temper,nv say a single thing about it.
SMS her on Tue,no reply from her so that's it. I'm enough of her
silly & childish nonsense. Wasted so much of my sms bill!
She Kept changing her hp.TAKE NOTE SHOP OWNERS!
